This Privacy Policy explains how Orange Rabbit, operated by Vegas Crypto Group in Las Vegas, Nevada ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website, join the network, or attend our events. We keep what we collect to a minimum and we do not sell your personal information.

Information you give us — your name and email when you join the network or a waitlist; your interests, intent, and participation level if you complete the ORB initiation; and the details you include in a sponsor inquiry (such as company and message).
Account and activity data — your ORB level, experience points (XP), status, and invite codes generated as you participate.
Technical data — basic, standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) needed to serve the site securely. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

Create and manage your membership and ORB profile;
Send sign-in links and respond to your inquiries;
Operate events, the rewards program, and sponsorships you take part in;
Send you updates you've asked for (such as our newsletter), which you can opt out of at any time;
Keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed:

Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and the database where member and inquiry records are stored.
Resend — delivery of transactional email, including your sign-in links and confirmations.
Calendly — scheduling, if you choose to book a call.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer.

4. Storage and security

Member and inquiry records are stored in a Cloudflare-hosted database. Because we use passwordless sign-in, we do not store passwords. Sign-in sessions are kept in a secure, HttpOnly cookie, and the sign-in tokens we store are hashed. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies — primarily a secure session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser, though disabling the session cookie will prevent you from staying signed in.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in those messages. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below — we respond within 30 days.

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
